Day Ten

Thank God for a decent night's sleep. ^o^

It was cooler last night because of the rain so Rose turned the A.C off and opened the house a little so that we could put the box fans into them and slept like that.

Earlier this morning Triston's attitude was a little better but not much.
Rose and I gathered Triston and Taryn up and went to Wal-Mart to get some stuff for the trip and his Birthday party.
They were very well behaved.
Actually, Triston behaves much better when Taryn is with us.

Afterwords it was lunch and than nap time, Triston decided he wanted to sleep in the guestroom where I was on the computer for a little while.
I suspect it had a little something to do with the sip of coffee we had given him when we were in Wal-Mart. :p

When he woke up his piss ass attitude was back.
Didn't want me touching him or talking to him.
Rose wanted to run out and get his hair trimmed but when we got to the salon we found the woman Rose was looking for had already gone home for the day so she made an appointment for tomorrow afternoon.
When we got back to the house he threw a wicked attitude at me (he was in his room yelling for mom so I went in to see if I could help and when I asked him what was wrong he started screaming high pitched then yelling "NO" and ran out of the room) Rose snatched him up and popped him on the backside and put him in his room.
He spent a few minutes in his room whimpering before coming out to the living room where we were sitting and Rose had him come up to me to say he was sorry which he did reluctantly.
He'd been asking to go for a walk but it was so hot Rose was trying to get him to wait but because he hadn't been out all day she decided to let him go and get some of his energy and attitude released.
So we took a short stroll around the pond and on the pathway that follows beside the water side and went to the pier where we sat for a short time while Triston played with the hose.
Once it got to the point where he was becoming very daring and hanging off the side we walked to the playground and let him run around there till it was time to get back to the house and fix dinner.

His attitude changed dramatically in that short amount of time.
When we got back to the house he was the sweet little boy I'd gotten used to over the past week and a half.
Rose and I fixed up this absolutely delicious dinner in a box thing called Chicken Piccata from Romano's Macaroni Grill.
The only thing you had to supply was the chicken, it was so GOOD!!
Angel hair pasta with chicken and a sauce over it plus garlic bread oh my gosh we have got to try this at home. :3

I'm trying to talk Rose into going to the beach a second time so maybe tomorrow?

Love you. ♥
